Delivery Manager (SEO) (Contract)

Location: Exeter, Devon Country: UK Rate: £499.99 per day
 

Our client is a large local public sector organisation and looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join their team

This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate

You will

To lead the day-to-day delivery of the Transforming Service Management strategic action, supported by a committed and knowledgeable team of service management professionals and working in partnership with Senior Stakeholders across the business

To ensure the organisation has the required governance frameworks, adaptive cadence, and opportunity for knowledge share to existing employees for effective delivery of a critical multi-year programme of work.

Areas of focus Included but not limited to:

  • Service Management Practices (ITIL V4/IT4IT)
  • Data Governance/Management.
  • CSDM (Common Service Data Model) - ServiceNow.
  • Adaptation of ITSM best practice focused on value and solving current business problems.
  • Improvement of process across the Critical Service value chain (identification methodology, SLA, OLA, UPC, resource and supplier alignment).
  • Implementation of a Service Management Office.
  • Background in Project/Programme management desirable (PRINCE2/Agile/MSP)
  • This role will also include working closely with and supporting the development of our Change Management capability.
