Location: Preston, Lancashire, England Country: UK Rate: £400 per day

Here at Bridge we are partnering with a leading organisation within Preston, who are building out their Centre of Excellence (CoE) on a major programme of work using RPA Blue Prism.

This individual will need to be a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and automation projects. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder BA who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse data, and design efficient automated processes to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
  • Perform testing and validation of automated solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and project teams.

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience working on automation projects (desired)
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

*Please note this is not an immediate start and we do have a 3-4 week onboarding process due to high security vetting. You will also need to have an on-site presence of x2 days p/w in Preston, this is not a fully remote role*
