Systems Implementation Consultant
£550 a day (inside of IR35)

Global pharma require Systems Implementation Consultant within Enterprise Applications in the CTO organization will partner with Legal and Compliance business teams and cross functional Tech teams to deliver continuous improvements for Tech products within the respective domain to support the business requirements. You will be accountable for business and technical analysis for products changes, alignment with the business on product roadmap, and technical deliverables, project implementations and ensuring sound architectural setup of products with great attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Data Platform including Power Apps and Power BI.
Knowledge of SQL queries, reporting, changes and Oracle/SQL Server database administration.
Experience with an eDiscovery tool such as Axcelerate, Clearwell, Relativity, Exterro, etc.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience with technical solutions supporting Legal eDiscovery or global Legal operations & related systems configuration.
Experience with IT project management, system consulting & business analysis.
10+ years of hands-on experience with a proven track record in successful technical development, solution design, program and product delivery and service management in a large global organization.
Experience of working, effectively, with third-party vendors and diverse teams (countries and cultures).
Proficient in SQL (Oracle/MSSQL) and at least one Microsoft development tool (eg Visual Studio).
Experience using O365 and Windows Office administration tools is a big plus.
Strong analytics and problem solving skills.
Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills
Ability to manage resilience and work in a collaborative team setting.

Business-critical products.
Change & Release management: Manage change activity, including Software as a Service delivered change, into the production service in a compliant and efficient manner.
Integrations: Ensure data passing from upstream/downstream systems through integration is efficient, accurate and secure. This also include engineering and building drill-down dashboards and related reporting capabilities that support both operational reporting as well as analytic reporting.
Data Protection: Develop a sound knowledge of Haleon policies and processes regarding protection of sensitive data.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a global pharma in a fully remote position offering £550 per day outside of IR35 for an initial 6 month contract.
