As Technology Director you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for executing the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Leading an established team of talented IT Professionals, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions, ensuring that products and services support and drive innovation across the organisation.

The Salesforce platform is at the heart of the business, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of delivering bespoke solutions using an enterprise platform (ideally Salesforce) and how the platform can be utilised to support business goals. Experience operating in a senior IT leadership role within the Professional Services sector is also required.

• Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure technology solutions align with customer needs and overall business strategies.
• Planning and executing product releases, ensuring stable deployment and minimising disruptions.
