Provider Network Development Analyst Ld

Responsible for leading large projects within the Provider set up (including contracting, pricing, and demographic transaction); process synchronization; and accuracy of claims data bases. Serves as the business procedure expert, supporting Pricing Operations team leads and manager with system project coordination, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

. Develops and leads project plans, and communications project status for provider data systems enhancements/changes.

. Reviews for validation and approval of all system enhancements/releases relating to provider data. Coordinates and communicates process updates.

. Coordinates department system and business process changes.

. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

. Translates business needs into application software requirements involving significant expenditure or cost savings and impacting a wide range of functions.

. Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and complex business needs.

. Leads efforts to identify best practices, identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.

. Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.

. Designs methods for integrating function and process

Qualifications

Qualifications:

. Requires a BA/BS degree

. 9 years experience which must include provider experience in contracting, provider relations, provider servicing, or any combination of education and relevant experience.

. Experience with data analysis, and data management

. Requires travel - 15% within the US with some overnight stay

. Proficiency in MS Office products - must be intermediate/advanced in Excel

. Experience on large critical projects acting as a lead and utilizing agile methodology

. Experience with Contracting, Pricing, and Demographic operations

. Experience with process re-design

. Experience with business requirements gathering

. Experience with data analytics

. Experience with SharePoint is strongly preferred
